KSKY 660 way back when 1957 TO 1963

Hey Guys:

As I was doing some research I found this out about KSKY 660,

On June 19, 1957 KSKY Dedicated 80% of its programming to Country and Western Music. I found this info out in a Billboard article from 1957.
So I guess you can say that KSKY was Country from 1957 to 1963 when it became religous.

Just thought I would share.
T.J.

I'm not sure if it immediately went religious or not.
At one time they called themselves "The Station In The Sky"
because the studio was in a hotel on the top floor I believe.

The Stoneliegh Hotel (hope I spelled that right) in what would now be the Uptown area. Not sure what year they moved from there.
