If it was 1979, I was often the video engineer for the show, operating from a truck parked on the curb.
We moved to new studios in March of 1983, doing the TV broadcast via 2000-foot camera cables, with production done from there. The radio and audio side was always done from the Tabernacle, then passed through KSL for insertion of the obligatory, "This is the CBS Radio Network" outcue.
Later, we sent the radio show to NYC via satellite, for CBS.

My Sunday stint was from 1972 to 1978 at WKXL in Concord, NH (1450 and then 102.3).
After several years working at other stations I returned to WKXL in 1985 and was FM Program Director for 4 more years.
By then, the Tabernacle program had been delegated to "backup" status at the station -- to be used in case one of the local churches didn't get a tape to us in time for Sunday broadcast...!!
