KSPA Format Change

Art Aster owned Ontario station KSPA 1510 AM is dropping the canned talk format and going back to music.

Not too sure what kind of music, perhaps the format they had prior to becoming the satellite fed talker.
 
Art never gives a format a chance to grow and find an audience. country , latest hits, george putnam , hits of the 70 s and 80s ,american songbook , talk...gee whizz have the patience to see if something will catch on with the listeners...as it is you never know what to expect when you tune in....

Also noted in Tom Taylor's newsletter of 11/8/10: station will go Christmas music & change to Standards after Christmas. Facility is changing COL from Ontario to Chino. Sometime in 2011, facility will build up from 10 KW to 50 KW days with 45 KW during "critical hours" post-sunrise/pre-sunset; also will build up night power from 1 KW to 10 KW.
 
Art will stay at 1510. It is still only in the application stage mutally exlusive with Saul's app. on 1500 and Royce International's app. on 1500.
