Excellent! Brings back memories of the good old days! I remember when Matt Dillon was on KWG-1230. I loved the photo montage. Wow! Mike McGregor! I met him a few times back in 1982 or 83. He was a dj at Country Music station KPLS-1150 in Santa Rosa prior to his stint at KSTN. I wonder what Mike is doing today?

Yeah, those were the days, all right......
I was there for a while in 87 and again at the tail end of the 90s. Lot of fond memories.

P.D. Marc Hunter left KSTN in 1980; became my boss at KWG in Feb 1981...

KSTN was still doing all right in 1981/82, started faltering in 1982 when it seemed one DJ after another was leaving...I miss KSTN.

I can just imagine that if Bill Drake was still around and just having fun just for fun's sake along with knox LaRue on 1420 KSTN counting down that list. I can just hear Bill yelling in the mic "40 Year's Ago Today" this was the number one song on KSTN! Chills running down anyone's spine?
