KSXY and Translator Swapping Formats?

The Santa Rosa Press Democrat is Reporting the KSXY is taking on the format of it's HD2 stream which rebroadcasts on 95.5 at noon today.

Latino 95.5 becomes KSXY, not sure if the Current format is going to go to 95.5 or not.
 
It opened OK for me and I'm not subscribed. I realize that web browsers are set up differently for each user, explaining why it won't show for some folks.
 
Wow! Sucks that 100.9 KSXY is losing the alternative format.

I actually could get the station cleanly down here in San Mateo. Was a treat before we had KITS.
 
That explains the Spanish language I have been occasionally hearing on 95.5 in San Mateo. It seemed out of character for Westley.
