KTAQ/47 adds another subchannel

Looks like Mexicanal has moved from 31-2 to 47-3.

Right now 31-2 is showing a Spanish-language infomercial for a cosmetic surgery clinic.
 
Actually it looks like 31-2 and 47-3 are both Mexicanal, but they're showing different programming. Perhaps one is delayed.
 
At some point 31-2 and 47-3 got in sync and became simulcasts.

Sooner or later I expect Mexicanal will disappear from 31-2.
