On the FM side, the web logos are inconsistent with Master BLogger's Plan B format. On the AM side, a disaster. TMISU need to stop straddling the fence and put new calls on Sports Parking Lot 6~Twenty. But if they keep gettin' beat by KFWhyEye, maybe Newsradio 6~Twenty will resurface! :

it's funny, because ktar is updating their website constantly with breaking news throughout the day, but the can't update the banner to reflect fm news talk 92.3 ???

or maybe they plan to change their moniker again; they're about due for another change-up. :

in the 4:00 hour as they did traffic and weather together at
the end of the TOH and BOH news (at approx. :06 and :34).

The Mac-ster started about 4:07 and went straight through
until 4:18 or so when he did break for, among other things,
Deputy Dan--but no Mr. Ed (live nor Memorex) as Mac did
his own live weather read.

Russ must have finally realized it was too choppy to throw it
to Mac at :07, then as he's just doing his hour's set-up, it's...
the traffic sounder!

I'd hate to have to write the new afternoon slogan. How do
you promote traffic and weather together if it's on the nines...
and the sixes...and the fours?

I was listening also and was waiting at 4:09 for T&W to start and Mac kept on talking! Next thing it was 4:18 and he broke away to DDB. Maybe they aren't doing 9s in PMD anymore. Well FMNewsTalk is the Valley's News station; they stopped saying Traffic and Weather station.

They don't! When KFYI first went to Eastside/Westside Traffic, it was 'every ten minutes on the 5s.' The morning show stuck by that for more than a year. I could tell Charles Goyette (did PMD) hated it because (just like Mac) Goyette would get into a topic then have to stop for T&W. It quietly went away in the afternoon and when Jacobs moved to mornings 5s stopped all together. JD and Jacobs start anywhere between 18-22. Don't forget they recently started adding in a commercial before announcing traffic.
