KTAR rebrands - again - for more Ramsey

Can someone explain to me how the "new" KTAR will have more news than the "old" KTAR if their broadcast day still ends at 7pm when they turn the station over to Ramsey and there's still nearly no news whatsoever on the weekend - even when it breaks? Sure glad I'm already listening to NPR/KJZZ for news. KTAR is a joke.
