KTAR's line up this week has been nice!

Its great hearing Jim Sharp back on the air in the mornings.

Yesterday and tommrow we have the joy of Pat Gray filling in for Beck.

Then we have Kid Stevens in the afternoons.


Gives me an idea for another thread...

Yes I really have enjoyed hearing Kid in pm drive. He is such much more in tune with what the valley is talking about than both gaydos and mac. I do think if he didn't go to jamz with ruben, he would have gotten pm drive.
 
Kid does sound better this week on KTAR than he did back in OCT. He has losy the YO'S, and stuff that he had carried over from the rap station.

Kid if you read this, why the Rap music?

When you did the Mettalica Intro that sounded very natural, as you do on KTAR, really push for a talk show job, who cares if its a low power station just get ur a$$ on the talk air waves..

Right on assessment, fan of NRJ. Seems to Nurse Jeff and me that Crummey is vulnerable if the Master Blogger is still wanting Kid full time. It may be us, but Crummey sounds more toaster talk on KT'R than he did on KFWhyEye. And that hit or miss line from El Lay doesn't help matters!
 
I wonder if they would be interested in moving Ankarlo to am drive and putting Kid in middays or early afternoons depending on where they put Beck. Kid is the future of local talk radio here in the valley. He even made a point to talk about his top forty days last week and said he is much more interested in talking about news worthy events rather than what britney spears did last night. Kid needs a spot at 92-3
