KTDD 1350 and XESUR 540 AM Now Simulcasting?

Today while "cruising the AM dial" I noticed that Clear Channel's KTDD 1350 was simulcasting the same country western programming as XESUR 540 which as I recall is owned by Saul Levine.

Who is the originator of the programming, and has one of these stations been sold to the other company?

Just curious, as I see this as an odd synergy.

I think they both carry the same Jones classic country most of the time. Looks as if KTDD has one local jock for morning drive.
