While Galloway does custom research, their principal function is to recruit and host research organized by other entities. So a radio research company might contract with Galloway to recruit respondents with certain specifications, and the project might be held at the Galloway facility, but the actual project itself will be done by the outside company.
In fact, radio research companies using that company have learned to ask as the first question, "do you have any other radio project the same date" so they will not run into a competitor conducting a test the same day.
