Davidson Closes On Tulsa Buy
DAVIDSON MEDIA GROUP has closed on its purchase of Spanish Regional Mexican KTFX-A (LA GRAN D)/SAND SPRINGS-TULSA, OK from WILLIAM H. PAYNE. JOHN PIERCE of JOHN PIERCE AND CO., LLC served as exclusive broker on the deal.

Of course, most listeners probably won't notice. Davidson's been operating it since at least mid-November. The only real change will be that the call letters will become KTKX shortly.

That makes me wonder what's next for Bill to drag into the Tulsa market....

If they calls go, I bet they go on something he's about ready to sneak in somewhere. LOL!

And word on price? Isn't one of the Class Ds up for sale, too?

What station would Bill Payne get in Tulsa? Doesn't seem like anything is availble in this market.
