I love the Sports Grind from 2-4 and Mike Taylor in the Afternoon Drive both shows sound as good as any in any market. Plus Jim Rome, the only weak spot (besides JT The Brick overnights) is Andy Everett and Walter Pasacrita. I try to listen to the Morning Drive but can't stay with it. I really can't pin it down. Both are knowledgeable and seem prepared but not compelling. How are their numbers ?

They get creamed by Mike and Mike. On the other hand, Ticket's afternoons cream Cris and jason.

Garbage?? that's not only kind of harsh, completely nonsensical; however when I do listen I tend to be a button pusher and so I get to listen to a wide range of sports talk stations from around the state. In my truck I have 760, 1250, 1300, 1530 and FM 104.9 and 106.9 programmed and since I travel north a lot, I can also get the Dallas stations.
Is that a sufficient answer as to what 'Garbage' I listen to? By the way, facts are facts and ratings are ratings.

??? I never really got why many people in San Antonio like Mike Taylor.
I'm probably older than the target audience, but I just don't get the appeal of that show. It's so low-key and self-contained that it practically puts me to sleep. Its hosts rarely take controversial positions, probably so as not to offend the many sponsors who are mentioned throughout the show and most annoyingly, they seem to have a firm grasp of the obvious.Leebo65 said:I love the Sports Grind from 2-4
