KTLK-FM's Jason Lewis joins Premiere

I noticed on one of XM's channel sites this week that Jason Lewis appeared on a future schedule for one of CC's talk channels. A few days later, it comes out that he's been signed by Premiere Radio, and the show will run from 6PM to 9PM Eastern time.

This basically now gives Premiere a conservative focused show for every daypart. Glenn Beck->Rush Limbaugh->Sean Hannity->Jason Lewis. I hope they're past their aggressive days of shoving down other shows onto affiliates.

and what about his ratings?

I know the Twin Cities are not a hot-bed of conservatism, and that KTLK-FM doesn't do that well (at least the 12+ I see online).

So what's his success in the market?

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy his show (online and filling in for Rush), but don't you generally have to succeed locally before going national?
