Heard kathy yeager on this morning. Not impressed. But then again, I've never been impressed with the person who is on in the afternoons either. As far as I'm concerned, it's all babble. I don't think anyone is listening to any radio at all in oklahoma city. That's probably why there's nothing of value being offered.

My interest in radio only stemmed from the music; I never cared about the engineering of it, the (ad) sales of it, or the "talent" of it. Thusly, news/talk/sports/religion are formats I've never given any attention to; I would be quite content listening to a "jukebox" station! The "friend on the radio" factor was never compelling to me personally; though I've occasionally been entertained by a jock or morning team, more often than not I'd keep punching until a song I liked came on, and only settle for chatter if I couldn't find one.

So I guess I have no cents to give on KTOK or Kathi!

I just scanned the AM dial. The old 930 WKY is playing spanish music. This can't be. Please bring back J Robert Dark to the mornings so that I can get to work on time.

What's the world coming to? Next thing you know, someone will be telling me that Paul Harvey has died.
