KT'R News--Conflict Of Interest?

So we've heard former KNXV-TV reporter Christina Estes anchoring
local news for a number of Sundays now on Snooze 92/3 KT'R-FM.
Including today, as I heard her on-air earlier this afternoon.

But last Tuesday comes the press release from the AZ Super Bowl
Host Committee that Estes has been brought on board as VP of
Media/Public Relations, with a nice quote from committee honcho
Bob Sullivan (speaking of those formerly of channel 15).

Wait, I'm not there yet...

And an article in the PHX Business Journal the same day states
that Estes will assume the media/PR role immediately.

So why is she still anchoring news for a radio station (KT'R) which will
be reporting further on next year's Super Bowl and its host committee?
Or did we already forget about the recent--and partially unexplained--
resignations of two of their key staffers, including the former PR person?

Hey Russ, isn't this a conflict of interest?

bingo...

Jayme West or Russ Hill, line 1 is for you... it's Utah calling!
