KT'R & O'Reilly?

KFNN is touting a more local and financial lineup on April 3rd. Bill O'Reilly has always been odd man out between 11a-1p, yet he pulls good numbers elsewhere. Nurse Jeff and I think O'Reilly would be an improvement over Tony Snow on KT'R, if they've thrown in the towel on local talk. But what to do with the missing third hour? O'Reilly only does two hours. Hmmmmmm... something the men in secret underwear are probably pondering as well!

Methinks KTAR will return to live and local talk in the not-too-distant future. That should be one of the things that makes them different from KFYI (among other things). Otherwise, they will slip into semi-permanent also-ran status.

oh really

bill o'reilly would be a good addition to kfnx 11oo (me thinks).

but, if kfnx goes air america...

who will pick-up o'reilly, boortz, savage ??

.
.

ktar needs to get back to live - local - first.

charles goyette, terry gilberg, bruce kelly

Boortz is already gone and O'Reilly comes with a check in hand. I don't see why KFNX would want to take a different direction.

f.b. has been in talks with aar, so i know he's thinking about it.

cc had to fight james crystal for aar 18 months ago..

i'm surprised air america isn't on cc's 1230 or sandusky's 1060 yet. ?

anyways,

back to ktar and bill o..

Pat 'n' Preston do an hour of "Toaster Repair,
Geriatric Care" before (winter) or after (summer)
Bill-O. Grab all those prime demo listeners away
from the Allegedly Famous One and El Rushbo.

(Keith Olbermann told me to suggest this ;-)
