Bonneville is actually owned by Deseret Management Corporation, which, according to their website is: "is a for-profit business holding company affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Church). DMC oversees the commercial companies affiliated with the Church, including Beneficial Financial Group, Bonneville International Corporation, Deseret Book Company, Deseret Morning News, Hawaii Reserves Inc., Temple Square Hospitality Corporation, and Zions Securities Corporation."

But not the Buckeye Media Hut...yet!

The loss of KT'R's PD comes as a total surprise...WHAT TOOK SO LONG?! This station has hurled chunks of chipseal for years while management hasn't done a thing about it. The last great GM was Taz and it's been all downhill since then. From Satellite Sisters to Tony Snow, it's been obvious to everyone but the Men In Secret Underwear that KT'R was more than adrift..it had capsized! Can it come back...yes indeedy! But not without a major change in direction as relying on hard news and glory days gets you nothing more than more Medicare listeners. Nurse Jeff is cruising up and down Central right now towing a "Put Liddy & Hill on KT'R" billboard behind the '76 Gremlin Levi's Special. And that's not easy...there's a rather large blind spot in the back seat!
 
Plus Nurse Jeff has to be a pretty good driver to navigate a '76 Gremlin with trailer down the Central Ave obstacle course. How many barricades does ne knock over per hour?
