TMISU have a countdown (11 days today) until the Journey begins on KT'R-FM. Nurse Jeff and I guess they're getting a head start on Xmas music or going to a greatest hits of Journey format. But then again, maybe the journey refers to some kind of mission..... ???

Lots of people internally shaking their heads at the perpetual programming flux (like clothes tossing aimlessly in a dryer), trying to make sense of TMISU's executive decisions. :-X

Master Blogger & his sales staff dupe their advertisers with high cume #'s vis à vi 550's high TSL --where the ratings truly count! If only their advertisers knew the real truth!

TMISU brass still very happy with Phoenix results, and future prospects. Like you always say Akbar, they're drinking spiked Kool Aid. Internally people know 92.3 took a step or two backwards with the latest changes (Glenn Beck, Mac Watson, etc.), not building upon the momentum they were slowing gaining on KFWHYeye.

Actually, I heard that Deputy Dan will drop live turkeys over the Metro Center mall as a publicity stunt for KT'R. I believe Ned Foster is supposed to do a live play-by-play of the event, with Russ Hill standing by to represent station management.

Are live turkeys dropping the from the sky where you live?? ;D

My source tells me that KTAR might be the launch pad for the reuniting of Donny and Marie. It's pretty hush, hush stuff. My source found out from someone in Donny's Melaleuca downstream. Apparently Jimmy Osmond will be in studio to sing a live version of Chuk Chuk, Siempre Tu and then introduce Donny and Marie. Donny is set to do a live version of Puppy Love, while Marie will sing Paper Roses. Now if that won't be an afternoon of riveting radio, I don't know what will be!! ;D
