KTRB 860

This station last night had about 10-15 mins of dead air, around 9 PM.

Anybody know how this station is running ,does it have a person on duty or do they just get the Spanish sports feed ,feed it into the transmitter and hope for the best using a PC to run local breaks.

Does KFAX's people watch over it,since they share transmitter site ?

No, KFAX only leases tower space to KTRB, they have no controls over content.

KTRB runs on satellite and automation. Humans are seldom around to touch the equipment, especially on weekends. The short duration, and the time suggests that it was an incorrectly programmed automation segment. Between the Bank and the LMA there are no broadcast professionals involved with KTRB's operation.
