KTRB XTRA Sports 860: One Year Later

It has been one year now since KTRB flipped to sports.Since then nothing has gone right. KTRB never was able to make a dent, the program schedule keeps changing, they didnt get the Sharks or Raiders. Now their old morning driver Glenn Beck is a superstar. They should have stayed talk. Or better yet stayed in Modesto

Yup, Modesto was better off having KTRB than San Francisco...

Let's not forget the technical gaffs that A's games suffer from on KTRB (e.g., commercials
triggered before the between-inning break; occasional audio drop-outs, etc.), especially
when the A's are on the road... :-\

That has more to do with the person who is running the board for the game back in that station's studio. I'm speaking from personal experience at crap moments like that.

They did stay in Modesto with talk, 840 KMPH the Patriot.

I remember when the 1550 podcast station had an unexplained jump in ratings a couple years ago. Then people realized it was A's baseball. But the team was doing better that year. I guess it could still happen...
