Last time I heard, KVAW was the only O&O of HTVN (Hispanic TV Network), but that was a few years ago.

KVAW was sold after it's owners went into bankruptcy. It's now Mas Music TV Spanish-language videos. I believe KTRG is running the Family TV Network of Spanish and English-language shows. It's most recent filing to extend the time to build KTRG-DT indicates the parent owner is in bankruptcy as well and has put KTRG and various other South Texas LPTVs up for sale.

KVAW in Eagle Pass in owned by the Hispanic Television Network but it is and has been operated by Dr. Joseph A Zavaletta since 8/23/04.

KTRG in Del Rio is owned by Ortiz Broadcasting who happens to be in bankruptcy and therefore that station plus (K52EA in San Antonio, KTIZ-LP in Harlingen, KFTN-LP in La Feria, KSFE-LP & KLIA-LP in McAllen) are in the control of a bankruptcy trustee since 4/6/05.
