Some sites incorrectly report this station in Casper as streaming when it is in fact not. The problem is that there are two 104.7 Kiss FMs and it used to be owned by the same company. Damn that KZZP 104.7 in Phoenix misleads me into thinking KTRS is streaming! I'd rather hear Casper's Kiss FM than Phoenix's any day...

If Phoenix's KISS is streaming, and Casper's is not, why do you like Casper's better, out of curiosity? I'm assuming you don't live in Wyoming; I've seen your posts in many areas on this site for cities and towns. 
I like to hear small market stations better than major markets.
