KTSA 550AM off air

I happened to check the AM band at 0100 AM this morning and found KTSA missing. In its place was a faint Mexican station which I didn't have time to ID. When I rechecked 550AM at 0425 AM, KTSA had returned with that obnoxious Trucking network show. Did anyone else here this and was this blackout for maintenance like the one for KZDC last week?
