KTSA outtage?

I noted them off at 3:20 PM, listening from Houston. The frequency is almost completely blank.
 
Well, it's back on now.

Actually KTSA's not the only outage that happened recently. KQQB 1520's had outages these last couple days. Currently in the middle of one now. And 93.7 FM in San Antonio was dead air all day until about an hour or so ago.
