KTSE-FM Patterson 97.1

Entravision has filed to make KTSE a directional, short-spaced station. With the change, the signal will shift northward providing a rimshot into Stockton. The 60 dBu still will reach Modesto. HatDaw engineers had to demonstrate that Patterson will still get 70dBu coverage over most of the city. Obviously the change will increase the popcount.
