KTSF in trouble?

I have heard from that KTSF Channel 26 is in trouble by FCC? what's is going on?

I did noticed a lot of programming changes during their Chinese programming schedule, especially the Satellite newscasts from Taiwan. They seems to be airing the same ones as KCNS and KAXT's subchannel TVHS.
