KTTF simulcasting KYBY

Was running some errands in the Cy-Fair area late Sunday afternoon and discovered music playing on 95.3 instead of the NOAA Weather Radio that's been there for weeks. But to my surprise, the ID and announcements were for Backyard Radio, KYBY 103.5 in Magnolia. While in a parking lot I happened to be in a dead spot for KCYB and was able to confirm that the same programming was coming directly from KYBY, but the KTTF audio was about 15 seconds behind, so apparently being fed via the Internet.

Still haven't heard any original programming on KTTF yet.
