KTVK to add This TV

I've found things to watch on it. Of Mice and Men was on not too long ago.

Occasionally they'll air a movie that is watchable, from what I've seen of schedules in other markets that carry THIS. But, that's more of the exception than the rule.

The only service they could have affiliated with that could have been a bigger waste of bandwidth would have been Universal Sports.

This TV also airs some good TV shows like Stargate SG-1, Emily of New Moon and The Outer Limits.

Those were good?

Does This TV run as many repetitive commercials as the cable channels? That would make this new service completely useless.
 
Can't speak for anyone else, but the original Outer Limits (as shown on This TV) is one of my favorite TV series. :)

Everyone has their favorites and I'm not going to dispute what your preferences are but IIRC The Outer Limits was a poorly executed rip-off of The Twilight Zone. Of course, nobody realized what true science fiction tripe was until Star Trek came along.

Me? I preferred the 50's Science Fiction Theater although TZ had some interesting episodes.

Guess when This TV makes its appearance I'll have to watch OL again and see if my memory has failed completely.
 
I'm kidding.

I happen to love Star Trek and the original Outer Limits. Both have good stories, even if the "special effects" were cheesy. I'm in it for the story.

I always thought that AZ NewsChannel would have been a good fit for 3.2, but I suppose that's an exclusive deal with Cox cable. As if anyone subscribes to Cox just so that they can get AZ NewsChannel. ThisTV isn't new - I wonder if they were waiting for the .2 Network and finally decided it's never going to launch?
