KTVP's programming had been inconsistent over the past year. First, they were a part of Almavision, then somehow during the summer they had lost their affiliation and became "Ama Vision," then around October, they started to call themselves "Almavision" again. Maybe they didn't have enough people donating during their telethons.

I checked 38.2 or 38.3 to see if they might have leased their extra subchannel out to Almavision Phoenix (they might have gotten a better deal), but nothing there. It's an idea for them if they couldn't afford to extend the lease on 22.
