KTVT Building For Sale

Has anyone else seen this?
There's a For Sale sign in front
of the KTVT 11/ TXA 21 Building
by the highway. Are they moving studios?

What can you do with an old TV building? Its being sold as office space
 
It could certainly serve a smaller operation looking to expand.
And somebody could just want the land.
It's large commercial acreage on a busy highway.

Is this the Dallas one on North Central? I heard this quite a while back, but never heard more. If it's the one in Fort Worth on I-30, I'd be a lot more surprised. Ch.11 used to have their Dallas newsroom in that stair-stepped building at Stemmons/Inwood but they got rid of that when they remembered there was still the place up on North Central. I guess if there were space at Fitzhugh, they could move the Dallas newsroom in with their radio friends....
 
That would be my guess. CBS is no stranger to moving radio and/or TV station operations all under one roof.
