KTVU 2 Logo

I know KTVU is owned by FOX Television station. Why KTVU kept their laser 2 logo and not change to the standardized FOX Owned and Operated Logo? KCPQ recently changed from Q13 FOX to FOX 13 and dropped the Q and convert channel 13 into standardized O&O logo. Also, their sister station KZJO Joe TV convert to FOX 13+.
