KTXD-TV Dallas to Me-TV February

Wonder what sports programming they're talking about?

Waco market KCEN-DT 6.2 (ThisTV; MeTV is on 6.3 there) carries college basketball (seems to be east coast schools) and Saturday night Dallas Stars games (but KTXA 21 originates those here). Tyler/Longview market KYTX-DT 19.2 (MeTV there) does the same.

So Will that be Feb 1st?

I'm pretty Excited!

In the other thread "late February" was mentioned:

I just spoke to someone at KTXD-TV. They advised that they plan to launch with programming from Me-TV "sometime in Q1", shooting for late February. The gentlemen said there were "ancillary issues" to be dealt with (I assume that means current contracts with infomercial and paid religious providers).
They may also have conflicts with KFWD's programming to deal with, so I'm betting on Feb. 27 (the last Monday in February). But better "late" than never :D

I checked through the first week of February on the online grids of TV Guide, Zap2it, and TitanTV for KTXD. All still listed the usual paid/relig/misc stuff.

I've always thought this wouldn't be on February 1. I think it'll be mid to late February.

If titantv is to be trusted, Me-tv starts Monday Feb 6 on KTXD.
DirecTV, and TV Guide still show paid programming and religion.
Maybe they haven't gotten the memo, hopefully it does Launch on Monday Though, that would be cool. The Lineup looks pretty good.

I caught the very end of the gosple show, they said they were moving to a different channel and to get more info from their website. Looks like KTXD might be hitting the switch tonight afterall

Still religion at midnight. Looks like verizon & titantv were wrong. However, at the end of each UAN show the hosts tell viewers to go to 47.2

47.2 is UAN's main channel since they dropped off from 34, but it sounds as if some UAN shows are being played on 47.1 (probably to fill time 47.1 hasn't sold). UAN programming fits on 47.1 since (for now) both channels are religious. The messages to go to 47.2 are presumably for viewers who find UAN programming on a "temporary" channel (47.1 now; 34 originally).

Although it's not here yet, the 47.1 changeover is likely coming soon - but keep in mind that to a TV station owner, "soon" may be a few more weeks yet.

Based on what the guy said at the end of the broadcast on Sunday night, I'd bet on Feb 20th for the switch.

Zap2it.com shows Monday Feb 27 9AM as the flip to ME-TV

That would make some sense too. Fios guide has continued to show the Me-TV schedule regardless of the fact it's still infomercials and religious programming.

Looks like listings on zap2it.com and titantv.com have been updated to now show the flip will be Monday, March 5 rather than tomorrow
