I haven't noticed. However, I don't watch Channel 20. Is that on broadcast or cable? Recently, I disconnected my VHS/Super-Beta/DVD machines from my stereo systems. I am preparing to move out of Katrina-land.
Also, is it on the analog or digital? I don't have an analog tv tuner in my house anymore. Never noticed any degradation on the digital side.

They had to order some part to correct the stereo broadcasting. It is unsure how much longer it will be like that. It's been that way for about two weeks. And, it is on the broadcast tuner, and the analog side is the one with the problem.
Also, MY TV Network has stopped their SAP and HD broadcasts. Not a big surprise, the ratings are pretty much in the toilet. They've also cancelled the nightly telenovas and only have them on Tuesdays and Wednesdays now.
