They may have been late once or twice, but they ALWAYS got paid.TwistedPair said:No underlying motive. I just know some commission checks never quite made it to some sales reps down there. Facts are facts. I did uncover that Victoria Radio Works are being quietly brokered right now. Not a bad cluster except for the AMs.

Hip Hop is doubtful, Texas Mix is not profitable. Tejano would be a good move but a hard sell. Good national business tho.
GAP has Country, Classic Rock, and a Hot AC / AAA station.
Whatever it is, it will be milktoast and profitable.
Then again what do i know....

Actually, KHMC covers Tejano. KNTE is Regional Mexican and the translator is a religious station. But I do agree, Victoria may be better off with a Hip-Hop station. A Jack or Bob may be better since they don't require on-air staff (less people to hire)jras20 said:Radio girl said:Here's another thought. Maybe a Jack or Bob format.......
KQVT pretty well much sounds like BobFM here in Austin, as far as Tejano, KNTE and K290BC if that one is still on the air pretty well much covers the Tejano format. I think hiphop or Hurban may be a good bet.
