Does 1560 still simulcast on it's FM translator 95.1? Here's the website for the station www.smooth1560.com They also air on Saturday and Sunday from 1am to Noon.
That's not good! If they want to compete with KAZI-88.7 which is a non-com Urban/Community station, and depends if they go full-time with the format, they might want to look into a FM translator to simulcast on.
Sort of reminds me of the old KRTX 100.7 days in Houston, it was Tejano during the day and House Party 100.7 at night as Dance CHR filling in the void for 98.5 which flipped to Jammin Oldies.
