The University of Arizona is finally taking full advantage of having two PBS signals in the Tucson market. Their PBS feed on 6.1 has been upgraded to 720p HD, so the signal on 27.1 is once again a simulcast of 6.1. They removed PBS Kids from 6.2 and placed it instead on 27.2, renaming it KUAT Kids. The V-me feed is now designated 6.2, while the Create feed is designated 6.3. And on November 1, KUAS adds PBS World on 27.3.
On each station, the primary signal is the main PBS feed in 720p HD, while the subchannels are in 480i SD.
