KUBS, Newport, WA

I am not finding KUBS, Newport High School (Newport, WA North of Spokane) in the FCC database. They are supposed to be broadcasting on 91.5 FM and a Class A station. It's like they vanished.

Could somebody tell me why they are not listed on the FCC website? Are they on the air?

Please advise.
