Great weekend with the A-Z library, this may last until next weekend with all the rare tracks they are playing, while YSP is sports fanatical tonight, MMR is Rocking with many "oh wow" tunes. I have to admit, MMR is sounding great this weekend, and generally overall, trying to do it right. YSP is making a mockery out of the Active format, with all the sports, talk and general crude sex talk every other bit. They have lost all respect for Active Rock and really do not care what they are about, the music seems to be just fill. MMR is taking the format seriously and making attempts to be more and more of a good, all around Rocker. MMR is giving the Philly market something to listen to, when everyone else sold out on us Rockers. BTW I heard the Octane, Soil with the other top names show was a huge sell-out and success tonight, many had to be turned away, and they still say Rock is dying.

I tuned into the MMR A-Z weekend it sounded great. Also Y Rock on WXPN was great. Tons of songs i never thought i would of ever heard on the radio.

Tons of rock bands sell out the smaller venues and they've been doing it since before any format flips. Not sure what the point is there.

MMR does one thing and YSP does another. You're comparing apples to oranges.
