KUDOS to CBS-FM

First, KUDOS to CBS-FM for their triumphant return with an explosive revamped sound. I must join NYC mayor Ed Koch in congratulating CBS honchos for recognizing a mistake. I realize this may be an afterthought, but what impact will this have on the Breeze's radio greats weekend? Perhaps Bob Shannon will appear using a time share arrangement, an alias, or simulcast? What about the other greats? What about Big Jay Sorensin?

Two thumbs down

Press Communications will tell Mr. Shannon "Now that you're on the air in Market #1, don't bother to show up for work here".

By the way, that "explosive revamped sound" is the same CBS-FM as 5-10-15 years ago, only with album rock and soundtrack songs thrown in.

Any radio station that gets an endorsement from King Koch deserves a rebuke from the man with talent on loan from God.
