Kudos to Citadel and Mix 1067

I must say that I was blown away by the sheer number of people wearing Mix106 stickers at American Music Fest on Riverfront Park over the 4th. I had to have seen 3,000+ people wearing them. Now those bright orange stickers are all over signs, light polls, benches and sidewalks throughout the 'burg.

Say what you want about the station, but if you were anywhere near Harrisburg this past weekend, you knew Mix existed. They looked larger than life.

Good job guys.<P ID="signature">______________

I'll chime in w/my second post (since I was mentioned by name in another thread I had to register and reply!): ^)

It's like this---Harrisburg now has a WARM. The question is: will they care? Harrisburg is more metropolitan than its stodgy neighbor to the south, hence WINK's dominance all those years as CHR. I like it, but they gotta slow the music down---I have heard Sexual Healing EVERY time I've listened, and that's maybe 3 hours of snatches of listening over 5 days? The fact that it's gold based like WARM used to be (they've gotten a little hipper) is smart, it can fill that Kool void and clip WINK's top end off and get some River females 45-54. I just hope they loaded the checkbook for this!

106.7 Website

Cool Pop websites mysteriously dissapeared today with no forwarding/link to the new site... www.mix1067fm.com - nothing really up there yet except an extremely annoying bouncing "i" ball...

Kinda reminds me of when the Peak's website signed on, with multiple positioning statements.
