While others in the market stuck with their music formats, to hear the local top 40 provide continuous coverage of a local emergency went above and beyond. It was appreciated.

Kudos to KWTX-FM Waco for West Explosion coverage

All the Clear Channel stations in Waco, including KBRQ and KWTX-FM, aired the same wall-to-wall TV coverage through morning drive. They all resumed somewhat regular programming around 10:00. The local CBS and ABC TV affiliates did the same.

Correct...at least on Wednesday night. Coverage on Thursday was heard on their streams, as well. There is a thread concerning this on the Dallas board.
