Rescanned my box last night and found 8.4 TBTV. Not on the air as of yet, but does anyone have any info. on this new PBS station?

According to postings on avsforum.com this is an audio only service, Houston Taping For The Blind, which has run for many years as a SCA subcarrier of KUHF-FM.
 
WVIZ-Cleveland has been doing something similar with "Cleveland Radio Reading Service" for years on audio subchannels..It shows up on Digital converter boxes as channel "25.9" Probably what KUHT is doing.
 
My Insignia converter picked it up automatically more than a week ago I think. It shows as TFTB, Audio Only, but I keep hoping 8 has other plans for it.
 
Weird that this is audio only
