KUHT signal delay

KUHT's over-the-air signal is a few seconds behind the cable. Anybody noticed that recently? It has been going on for three days.

It is possible that the cable headend is being fed directly by a fiber optic line from the studio (as opposed to off-air pickup) while the OTA transmitter is fed via a digital STA which could introduce some conversion lag. Several of the other Houston stations feed TW by fiber. On some early mornings you might find the OTA signal off the air for maintenance while the cable feed is still going as normal.
