KUPD

I do not live in the Phoenix market, but I've been listening to KUPD online.

I just want to say that I LOVE the music format and I wish I had a station just like it where I live.

Regards.

Yep, it's a nice Active Rock station that is not afraid to play tracks that many stations around the country avoid. With its ratings success it would be nice if other active rockers would follow its lead instead of playing the same 300 songs year in and year out.

Yeah, I live in Northern AZ, and I'd just about kill for any Active Rock up here. KUPD's stream is usually running on my laptop 24/7.

I live in the Phoenix market and I've been listening to KPRI in San Diego online. I'd love to have an AAA station like that here in the Valley.

Getting back to KUPD, they succeed at their format, and that does set them apart from other "harder" rock stations across the country.

Well if you live in Northern Arizona, why don't you get yourselves an antenna so you can listen to all those listenable FM stations from Phoenix if you're in the mood? By the way, how is their reception report up there?

I have to agree on this... I visited Phoenix in December of '09, and found KUPD and have been a fan since.

I live on Long Island (in NY) and I could only wish we had a station with the "testicular fortitude" of KUPD around here. Best we have is "Rock" 101.9 RXP ... I put "Rock" in quotes for a reason haha
