KUT HD-2 channel?

What happened to BBC news? KUT isnt broadcasting in HD-2 right now. ???
 
They had BBC on HD-2 and a multicast of KUT on HD-3, dont know why they had multicast on HD-3, looks like they could of added some other programming for HD-3.
 
My understanding is it's off temporarily while they do a hardware upgrade. It's an upgrade that I believe all the HD stations will have to do. They've been off since the 12th. Maybe it's time for me to make a call over there.....

Its back up I wonder why they have KUT on HD-3 they could put NPR all news on HD-3 maybe and BBC on HD-2.
 
They probably don't want to pay for that much programming at this point, given the limited listenership. It's not free, y'know! ;D
