KUTM 92.7 on the air

So KUTM 92.7 has been on the air for several weeks now, making it the second full power FM to broadcast from this west side hills location. Spanish language music is the format. Doesn't seem to have the same coverage as KBHH 95.3 in Fresno probably due to KFSO 92.9 HD side band. Any thoughts on this new signal in Fresno?

What is it you do not understand? The required FCC spacing rules or the "contour protection" rule"? Are you an engineer/Tech or just a jock/programmer ?

This station makes as much sense as a screen door in a submarine, all major Metro population areas like Fresno, Hanford, Visalia, Tulare, and all of the east Valley are blocked by 17.5 KW 5200 ft KFSO 92.9 especailly with IBOC, maybe Huron will get it, or Mendota, and on west of it there's KKAL 92.5 Paso Robles with a strong signal

I can hear both 92.7 and 95.3 in the Hanford - Visalia - Tulare area. I can hear the stations, but I do not listen to either, because I do not like what they broadcast. You might need a better radio. Both stations meet all FCC rules.

A look at Google Earth shows KUTM and KBHH co-located in the hills west of I-5, both rimshotting into Fresno with good signals for Class A's. Question - A closer look does not show any powerlines up there. Are they running gasoline generators up there perhaps? I know Kings County government resupplies some remote radio relay sites with a fuel truck. (Another trick would be to find a capped oil well that still had some natural gas flowing - enough to run a generator.) Any details about KUTM/KBHH would be welcomed.

I noticed some "Z 92.7" KUTM graphics now include "Z 106.7"... This likely would correspond to KPQS Waterford, also an Hispanic Target Media station property similar to KUTM. Can anyone confirm the stations are running parallel audio?
