Hey, KUTP 45...

what was with the lower-screen weather graphic (ever-changing AZ cities/temps)
on the air continuously during Family Guy #2 and the first 10 min. of Big Bang #1
on Wednesday? Even during spots.

Is master control for 45 and 10 here at ch. 10, or some other place? Wherever
it is, no one noticed this goof for 40 minutes? Too busy with KOOL News 10 to
ensure a proper on-air on 45? ;D
