KUUR FM in the Roaring Fork Valley is streaming

KUUR FM 96.7 Garfield County and 101.1 Pitken County is streaming. The station features an AC format, and the variety is great. One of the sweepers features a lady saying that "some big-city guy behind the desk in a big office" knows nothing whatsoever "about the music you want to hear" and that they play music "for people that live here from people that live here." You'll never want to listen to a Clear Channel, Cox, CBS/Infinity, Cumulus, or other big-conglomerate radio station again. Independent and locally-owned radio rocks!

Hi everyone:I have tuning into radio stations that use the Flash player because you can't put it in external player favorites.Cheers :)

I've been listening to KUUR FM for awhile and noticed that they are hotter and hipper than competitor KGLN AM 980 in Glenwood Springs. KUUR includes hip songs like "Sitting Up In My Room" by Brandy and "Rock Your Body" by Justin Timberlake. KGLN, on the other hand, sticks to the softer side of AC and even plays some easy listening favorites like "Don't It Make Your Brown Eyes Blue" by Crystal Gayle and "Let Me Be There" by Olivia Newton-John.
