KVC 13 in Austin TX

does anybody know a defunct independent station in austin that used to be an UPN station that was owned by FOX/KTBC called KVC 13(K13VC)?

missed memories of that old station
 
The low power station lost its channel when full power KAKW (Univision) was awarded channel 13 as its digital assignment. K13VC was unsuccessful in acquiring a replacement channel.
